Introduction of quality control ---steel pipes
1)erw steel pipe
During the producing process of the pipe welded,we control the quality UT online and UT offline ,and then beveled or plain the end as the clients requirement,After that, all pipes need take the hydrostatic test to assure there is no leak on all body and end .For the unqualified pipes we will repair or scrap as the standard,then make the pipes surface paint and packing to put into the stock and wait to delivery.
2)ssaw steel pipe
Spiral steel pipe, we inspect the material after the material arrive at the factory yard.Then cut the edge of the material to prepare to produce the pipes. After filling the solder and welded, and the pipes will be take the NDT test as ultrasonic test,X-ray test,bending as per the standard to to control the good quality.Then inspector take the vision test,after that the pipe will be in stock wait to delivery.
3)seamless steel pipe
After the steel bar arrive at the factory yard then test,and heated the steel bar and punching it,then take the bending,UT and hydrostatic test to control the quality.
