Quality is the foundation of an enterprise, we always insist on our purpose “quality is the starting of all our work”.We devote to work on quality management since built our factory, start from every small thing, pays special attention to each detail of producing process,and control the source of products. Ensure the quality of each product of the standard, functional and beautiful.

1.Material management control

The purchase department procure the materials,quality inspection department supervise and check,the process as bellow:

Purchase materials→estimate the supplier→material purchase plans→audit and sign contract→material acceptance check(chemical composition and mechanical properties)→material store and provide→ track material(material list and process card) .

2.Quality control during the producing control

During the producing, make the production plans as the instructions,process card for on-ste guidance,connect each manufacturing process.Process planning and other technical documents for the technical support ,the actual process as bellow:

Confirm the client’s requirement→prepare the production process→mold development→manufacturing process(drop forged and pressed)→assembling and test→store

3.Inspection and control

We manufacturing as per EN74-1,BS1139 standard and test as product drawing and inspection procedure;implement three level managements:quality engineer,inspection engineer and inspector.The process as bellow:

Prepare the inspection(equipment inspection,tool inspection,inspection documents,staffing)→inspection of material → inspection during the producing→the slip test,failure force test,pull apart force and so on.

4.Production and inspection equipment control

1)We have the most advanced forged production line equipment in China ,and our equipment have  the advantages of advanced technology,uniform heating and high precision.

2)Our company has the special construction test equip coupler computer, to test each batch everyday by professional person as per EN74-1,BS1139 standard,will solve the question if we found  there is any questions at once to ensure 100% qualified production to store.
